Everyone is ruled by the same clock; we only differ in how we want to use the time we get. The more you want to get done in any period of time, the more stress you feel. This is called multitasking. Consider what is most important to you and first do only that. This is called single-tasking. Once you are done with that first task, move on to the next-important one. You will find that even before you finish, you will no longer feel any pressure – and be left with time to spare.
