Cloaking snowy white cod in rich tahini sauce creates a divine dinner dish in minutes, one your kids can help put together, too. Paired with a salad, it’s a healthy, simple meal.

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Season the cod fillets with salt and pepper to taste and arrange on the baking sheet. Coat the top of each fillet with ¼ cup of the Green-E Tahini. Bake until the fish is cooked through and flaky, about 12 minutes (if desired, broil the fish for about 1 minute at the end to slightly brown the top). Arrange the pea tendrils on a serving platter and top with the fish. Garnish with the parsley and scallions and serve.
