“Barry” Pops

These frozen pops take just a few minutes to make and work with any ripe, luscious fruit. I named this recipe for the way my son, Owen, spelled “strawberry” when he helped me develop the recipe. I’m a fan of the prefrozen pop molds made by Zoku; keep them in the freezer, and they’re ready to make fully formed ice pops in 7 to 9 minutes! I’ve suggested several mix-ins to further boost the pops’ nutritional benefits.

Makes 4 pops

Mix-ins (optional)

In a blender, puree all of the ingredients, including any desired mix-ins, until smooth. Pour into freezer pop molds and freeze until solid.
