This tomato-licious juice is healthier and fresher than the “I-shoulda-had-a” canned version you can find on supermarket shelves. Filled with vitamin C and potassium, radishes are an underappreciated source of healthy properties, and the beta carotene and superfood boosts I get from the carrots and greens, respectively, can’t be beat. About the carrots: It’s true, they’re relatively high in sugar. And, yes, they’re on many a special eater’s no-no list. When I first began healing through eating, I cut them out altogether, but I love their taste and color.

Juice all of the ingredients. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
