I recommend front-loading your day with energy, then tapering down as the day goes on. Try to be done eating completely by 7:00 p.m., and you’ll be surprised how much better you digest your food and sleep through the night.

Hemp protein shake: 1½ cups almond milk, 3 tablespoons soaked and dehydrated hemp seeds, half an avocado, and 1 teaspoon chlorella powder, an algae rich in chlorophyll and protein. |
