You really can’t get enough antioxidants in your diet, so I like to find inventive ways to squeeze as many as possible into every eating opportunity. I keep a small can of matcha powder—a very pure form of green tea—in the cupboard for those times when I want to make myself a special treat. Though matcha can be mixed with hot water for a steaming cup of tea, I often use it to make this frothy, icy drink—a Shari-fied version of a minty milkshake. In addition to adding an earthy goodness to the mix, matcha delivers a healthy dose of powerful antioxidants believed to slow aging and boost the immune system.

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into two tall glasses, garnish each with a mint sprig, if using, and serve immediately, with straws.
