2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
2 14-1/2 oz. cans stewed tomatoes, chopped
2 10-3/4 oz. cans cream of chicken soup
10-3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
4-oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
8-oz. pkg. pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
16-oz. pkg. spaghetti, cooked
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan; mix well. Cook over medium heat until warmed through and cheese is melted.
