Makes 4 to 6 servings
1/2 c. butter
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 pt. whipping cream
garlic salt to taste
chopped fresh parsley to taste
16-oz. pkg. fettuccine, cooked
Melt butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add Parmesan cheese and mix well; stir in cream until thickened. Sprinkle with garlic salt and parsley to taste; pour over cooked fettuccine.
Kids will love pasta dishes spooned into custard cups. Easy to serve and just their size!
