E-Z Beefy Macaroni

Makes 4 to 6 servings

1 lb. ground beef

28-oz. jar spaghetti sauce

8-oz. pkg. elbow macaroni, uncooked

8-oz. container sour cream

Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat; drain. Add sauce to skillet; spread uncooked macaroni in a single layer over sauce. Cover; cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, or until macaroni is tender, adding water as necessary to prevent sticking. Stir in sour cream and heat through.
