2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 28-oz. jars spaghetti sauce
16-oz. pkg. rotini, cooked
16-oz. pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
8-oz. pkg. sliced pepperoni, divided
Brown beef with onion in a large skillet over medium heat; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and cooked rotini; spread equally in two greased 13"x9" baking pans. Sprinkle both with mozzarella cheese; arrange pepperoni slices on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
