16-oz. pkg. rotini, cooked
2 t. oil
1-1/2 c. vinegar
1-1/2 c. sugar
1 T. dried parsley
2 t. mustard
1 t. garlic salt
1 t. salt
1 t. pepper
1 onion, chopped
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
2-oz. jar chopped pimentos, drained
Toss rotini with oil in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Chill for 2 to 3 days before serving, stirring occasionally.
Combine ingredients for homemade salad dressing in a squeeze bottle instead of a bowl. Shake bottle to incorporate flavors and squeeze onto salad…what could be easier?
