Dr. Andrew K. Gabriel is an ordained minister who serves as associate professor of theology and vice president of academics at Horizon College and Seminary. He is a member of the Theological Study Commission of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada and the author of three books, including The Lord Is the Spirit. Andrew and his family live in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada.
