Mocha Shake Serves 1

Preparation time: 5 minutes

One of my favourite recovery drinks, especially after a tough session on a hot day. Coconut water is known for its rehydration properties.

3 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp instant coffee powder

300ml/10½fl oz/1¼ cups skimmed milk

200ml/7fl oz/¾ cup coconut water

1 handful of ice

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve straight away.
