I also need to say a special thank you to my beautiful daughters Maya and Ella who have had to put up with a very distracted mother for several months and late evening meals while I just write one more paragraph! And of course I must not forget my side kick, running buddy and Spaniel, Bailey – we’ve run for miles over the last few months, coming up with new ideas to keep this book fresh and interesting!
