4.   Simple Beef Stew

DIRECTIONS

Coat the meat with flour. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a great large pan on the stove at medium to high heat. Add 1/2 of the meat all cook it to brown on all sides. Repeat the same with remaining beef. Add the remaining one tablespoon of oil. Return all beef to skillet. Stir in seasoning mix and water. Add all the vegetables and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat low. Cover and simmer the pot for 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender and juicy. Serve!
