Meat is an excellent source of protein and helps your body to get the desired nutrients. Meat also contains high fiber that is needed by your body. Not getting enough dietary fiber can eventually lead to polyps in your intestines. The healthiest forms of meats are probably lamb and fish. The best thing to get out of meat is protein.
6. Baked Cod Chorizo

Heat the oven to about 400° F. Add 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Then add the sausage and cook by occasionally tossing, until browned for about 2 to 3 minutes. Insert the potatoes to the mixture and cook. Keep stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes. Add saffron, leeks, ½ cup water, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, ¾ teaspoon salt. Bring it to boil. Meanwhile, season the cod piece with ½ teaspoon salt and pepper. Place it on top and in the center of the potatoes and drizzle the remaining tablespoon of oil. Transfer the skillet to oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Garnish with the parsley before serving.
