16. Classic Chicken Salad

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. To make a whole-grain sandwich, layer your favorite bread with ¼ cup of baby greens and a scoop of chicken salad. To serve on a bed of greens, place any 2 cups mixed salad greens on a plate. Spoon the chicken salad over the top, and then add 6 to 8 halves of red seedless grapes.
