17.   Chef’s Salad with Turkey, Jack Cheese and Avocado

Take a small bowl and combine sour cream, buttermilk, honey, vinegar. Season it with salt and pepper. Divide the lettuce among serving plates topped with avocado, turkey, radishes, sprouts, carrots and cheese. Drizzle it with dressing and serve.
