Preheat the oven to around 200 degrees C. Cut the pita bread into 8 equal triangles and place these triangles on a lined cookie sheet. Take a small bowl combine oil, basil, pepper, chervil and salt. Brush each of the triangles with the oil mixture. Bake it in the preheated oven for 7 minutes until they turn lightly browned and crispy. Keep watching as they can be easily burned.
