The early morning hours weren't pleasant at all. Not for Alison, but for Adrian. His eyes were wide awake, drifting. Is it seven o'clock? That's all he wondered. His phone’s battery was almost dead from his constant checking. At last, it was seven.
Adrian smiled as he slowly got off his bed. He slept naked with his woman. Well he didn't actually consider Alison as his woman. With in seconds he tip toed his way out of the bedroom. Now for his woman time. He was happy with himself. It was as if he had accomplished something.
His hiding spot was the pathetic bathroom. You guess it, he was into cliches. He took pride as he locked the door and dialled a number. He was nervous, for once in his life.
“Hey baby. Where were you?! You almost gave me a heart attack.” Said a young woman from the phone.
“I went out with some friends. You know, chilling with the dogs? I drank s couple of beers and I couldn't let a sexy rich girl like you see me drunk.” He said trying to reason with this lady.
“I suppose so.” The lady was in her early twenties. Young with stunning blonde hair and as a bonus she was stunning in lingerie. She had a nice little woman British accent. Adrian thought there was any sexy voice like that.
“Your father invited me over for dinner. Darling, I don't know what to wear. What if you parents don't enjoy my company?” She asked now with hesitation.
“Don't worry. They've met you, of course. They love you, that's why they're letting me get married with you.” He replied with his eyes turned to the door.
“You are correct. Adrian, what would I do without you?”
Adrian was sweating now. The guilt was making his body temp. rise. He closed his eyes and took a childish gulp.
“I've got a couple of ideas, believe me sugar plumb.”
“Alright, I look forward seeing you tonight. Good bye.” She said. Her voice was sweet as a candy that would dance on your tongue.
“Good bye, my lady.”
Click! He hung up, now to face himself with woman number two. He unlocked the door, trying to get away from the English charm to the sexual American one. He knew he was a player, a high school joke really. His mood and swag was on... At least that's how he'd describe it.
His eyes gazed upon Alison fast asleep. He loved her sweet baby face which reminded him that she was a angel. His slowly tapped her shoulder three times. She gently opened her yawn. She smiled as she rolled her eyes around which rolled a yawn around the corner.
“Good morning sunshine!” He yelled.
Alison hid her face under the pillow. Adrian sighed but it was with a smile. He dashed to the window and opened the curtains.
“Good morning to ya, good morning to ya. Good morning to Alison... Good morning to you.” He sang to her.
“It's not my birthday and you suck at singing.” She replied to him while coming out of the sheets. He smiled and jumped on her.
“Well, come on... We start in two hours and we gotta go out and get breakfast...”
“... At a diner? Can you carry me?”
“Fine...”
He grabbed the young girl. Her hand slipped into his shirt... A sign that her love for him wasn't over.

Alison always knew that the post sex would awkward, but not this awkward. Alison was in front of Adrian, the two hadn't spoken at all.
“So, I guess last night was fun.” She said. Her cheeks turned into a spicy red. The poor girl tried not to look at him.
“I never thought you were that sexy in bed. I was wrong.” He replied to her. He tried to keep his cool on by not making any eye contact and by looking at the menu.
“So, does this mean you give me the official girlfriend status?” She asked, nervously. She almost forgot she was doing this for money. Her heart was attached to his. It didn't want to let go.
“It sure does.” He replied, this time making eye contact with her.
“So, do you plan to make up with your brother?” He asked, not in the mood to know plus he didn't give a shit.
“I think I wanna be the bigger person. I guess I do.” She replied.
“Why don't you take him out tonight... At a bar or something?” He asked her. His father was a therapist so naturally he earned some of the same genetics.
“Could you come with me?”
It was Adrian’s turn to lie. He thought of a lie hours before. A lie is more believable if it is wearing a jacket. He stared into her eyes. Did her really wanna lie?
“I have a family group session. Sitting in the living room with your family is boring but I have to go. After all I wanna spend a lot of time with my family. Besides, he's your brother... I mean stepbrother.” He replied. The guy didn't notice those lies in that speech he just made.
“You're right. You are absolutely right. Thanks.” She spoke up with a bright smile. Nothing could ruin her mood.
“It runs in the family.”
Alison smiled. She grabbed her iPhone and tapped her way to the AppStore. Then she remembered something.
“Adrian, could you give me your Apple ID? I forgot mine and I also forgot my email password.”
“Sure thang.”
