Christmas in New Mexico is a very special time, from our traditional foods to the unique style of decorations I grew up with as a kid. I loved the idea of bringing Alabama cat Trouble to my snowy mountain region for the holidays. I think he enjoyed meeting Samantha Sweet, the baker with the magical touch, and all her friends. During his short visit, he even tolerated Sam’s dogs!
