Joanne Pence has published over thirty books, including the best-selling Inspector Rebecca Mayfield mysteries, the Angie Amalfi culinary mystery series, the “Ancient Secrets” supernatural suspense series, as well as romance, historical fiction, and even a cookbook. Born and raised in San Francisco, Joanne has a master's degree in journalism from U.C. Berkeley, and has written for magazines, worked for the federal government, and taught school in Japan. She now lives in Idaho.
