31. Wood Pellet Grill Teriyaki Beef Jerky

Place all the fixings except the meat in a food processor. Pulse until well mixed.

Trim any extra fat from the meat and slice into 1/4-inch slices. Add the steak with the marinade into a zip lock bag and let marinate for 12-24 hours in a fridge.

Set the wood pellet grill to smoke and let preheat for 5 minutes.

Arrange the steaks on the grill, leaving a space between each. Let smoke for 5 hours.

Remove the steak from the grill and serve when warm.
