32. Grilled Butter Basted Rib-eye

Mix steak, salt, and pepper in a Ziplock bag. Seal the bag and mix until the beef is well coated. Ensure you get as much air as possible from the Ziplock bag.

Set the wood pellet grill temperature to high with a closed lid for 15 minutes. Place a cast-iron into the grill.

Place the steaks on the grill's hottest spot and cook for 5 minutes with the lid closed.

Open the lid and add butter to the skillet. When it’s almost melted, place the steak on the skillet with the grilled side up.

Cook for 5 minutes while busting the meat with butter. Close the lid and cook until the temperature is 130°F.

Remove the steak from the skillet and let rest for 10 minutes before enjoying with the reserved butter.
