Ingredients:

4lb round-bottomed roast

1 tbsp coconut oil

1/4 tbsp garlic powder

1/4 tbsp onion powder

1/4 tbsp thyme

1/4 tbsp oregano
-
1/2 tbsp paprika

1/2 tbsp salt

1/2 tbsp black pepper
Directions:

Combine all the dry hubs to get a dry rub.

Roll the roast in oil, then coat with the rub.

Set your grill to 185°F and place the roast on the grill.

Smoke for 4 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F.

Remove the roast from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes.
