  1. Cut any excess silver skin from the pork and sprinkle with salt to taste. Rub generously with the togarashi seasoning
  2. Place in a preheated oven at 400°F for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  3. Remove from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
  4. Enjoy.
