51. County Ribs

Take your drip pan and add water. Cover with aluminum foil.

Pre-heat your smoker to 275 degrees F

Season country style ribs from all sides

Use water fill water pan halfway through and place it over drip pan.

Add wood chips to the side tray.

Transfer the ribs to your smoker and smoke for 1 hour and 15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F

Take foil pan and mix melted butter, apple juice, 15 ounces BBQ sauce and put ribs back in the pan, cover with foil

Transfer back to smoker and smoke for 1 hour 15 minutes more until the internal temperature reaches 195 degrees F

Take ribs out from liquid and place them on racks, glaze ribs with more BBQ sauce, and smoke for 10 minutes more

Take them out and let them rest for 10 minutes, serve and enjoy!
