  2. Set the temperature to 225 and warm-up, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine ground pork with all remaining ingredients.
  4. Use your hands to mix thoroughly—form mixture into eight evenly burgers.
  5. Place the hamburgers on the racks.
  6. Smoke the burgers for 60 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 150 to 160.
  7. Serve hot.
