In a bowl, combine ground pork with all remaining ingredients.

Use your hands to mix thoroughly—form mixture into eight evenly burgers.

Place the hamburgers on the racks.

Smoke the burgers for 60 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 150 to 160.
