80. Traeger Garlic Rack Lamb

Add all of the ingredients into a zip bag the mix well to form an emulsion.

Place the rack lamb into the bag the release all of the air as you rub the marinade all over the lamb.

Let it stay in the bag for about 45 minutes

Get the wood pellet grill preheated to 2500F, then cook the lamb for 3 hours as you turn on both sides.

Ensure that the internal temperature is at 1650F before removing from the grill.

Allow to cool for a few minutes, then serve and enjoy.
