98. Crispy and Juicy Chicken

Set the temperature of Traeger Grill to 200-225 degrees F and preheat with a closed lid for 15 mins.

In a bowl, mix brown sugar, ground espresso, spices, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the chicken with spice mixture generously.

Put the chicken onto the grill and cook for about 3-5 hours.

Remove chicken from grill and place onto a cutting board for about 10 mins before carving.

With a sharp knife, cut the chicken into desired sized pieces and serve.
