153. Wood Pellet Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers

Ingredients:
Directions:
  1. Preheat the wood pellet smoker and grill to375°F.
  2. Slice the jalapenos lengthwise and scrape the seed and membrane. Rinse them with water and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, vegetable rub until well mixed.
  4. Fill the jalapeno halves with the mixture, then wrap with the bacon pieces.
  5. Smoke for 20 minutes or until the bacon crispy.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
