160. Smoked Deviled Eggs

Preheat the wood pellet to 180°F for 15 minutes with the lid closed.

Place the eggs on the grill grate and smoke the eggs for 30 minutes. Remove the eggs from the grill and let cool.

Half the eggs and scoop the egg yolks into a zip lock bag.

Add all other ingredients in the zip lock bag except bacon and paprika. Mix until smooth.

Pipe the mixture into the egg whites, then top with bacon and paprika.

Let rest, then serve and enjoy.
