  1. Preheat the wood pellet grill with the lid closed for 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, brush the cauliflower with oil, then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the cauliflower in a cast iron and place it on a grill grate.
  4. Cook for 45 minutes or until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender.
  5. Meanwhile, mix butter, cheese, garlic, and parsley in a mixing bowl.
  6. In the last 20 minutes of cooking, add the butter mixture.
  7. Remove the cauliflower from the grill and top with more cheese and parsley if you desire. Enjoy.
