Add wood pellets to your smoker and get your cooker’s startup procedure. Preheat your smoker, with your lid closed, until it reaches 450.

Put a cast-iron skillet on your grill and add in the milk and melted butter. Stir together for a minute.

Cover, and let it smoke for five to seven minutes. The marshmallows should be toasted lightly.

Take the skillet off the heat and serve with apple wedges and graham crackers.
