197. Pineapple Cake

Add wood pellets to your smoker and observe your cooker’s startup procedure. Preheat your smoker, with your lid closed, until it reaches 350.

Take a medium-sized cast-iron skillet and melt one half stick butter. Be sure to coat the entire skillet. Sprinkle brown sugar into a cast-iron skillet.

Lay the sliced pineapple on top of the brown sugar. Place a cherry into the middle of each pineapple ring.

Mix the salt, baking powder, flour, and sugar. Add in the eggs; one-half stick melted butter and buttermilk. Whisk to combine.

Put the cake on the grill and cook for an hour.

Take off from the grill and let it sit for ten minutes. Flip onto a serving platter.
