Raghuram Rajan is the Joseph Gidwidz Professor of Finance at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. His research interests focus on corporate finance, financial intermediation and regulation.
Richard J. Herring is the Julian Aresty Professor of Finance at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Vice Dean and Director of Wharton’s undergraduate division. He is also a member of the Shadow Financial Regulatory Committee.
