This guide represents the collective experience and combined expertise of the individual authors. Each had a formal role or roles on the project, yet these roles do not begin to describe the many and varied ways in which each person contributed to and shaped the project. What each author could accomplish alone does not equal what has been achieved together. As a team, we have always insisted that this work is greater and far more important than any individual or set of contributions. For this reason, the team decided that the most equitable approach is to list the authors alphabetically.
Each chapter in the guide is further strengthened by the interconnected ideas, concepts, and information presented. The end result is a comprehensive guide designed to help early childhood educators transform STEM teaching and improve learner outcomes using Ramps and Pathways with the full range of young children in a variety of educational settings.
