Time for Self-Love

If you reach for sweets, coffee, or a bag of chips each afternoon, chances are you haven’t filled up on enough nutritious foods during the earlier part of your day. Give yourself permission to add more whole, unprocessed vegetables and fruits, clean proteins, and healthy fats to your breakfast and lunch—especially if you’re regularly feeling afternoon hunger and fatigue. When you eat a satisfying breakfast and lunch, afternoon junk food loses its luster. Of course, if you’re eating satisfying meals and still getting afternoon cravings, start packing a beautifying snack and indulge the healthy way.
