DULCE DE LECHE SAUCE

 PREPARATION TIME: 10 MINUTES

MAKES 450 ML (16 FL OZ)

INGREDIENTS

300 g (10½ oz) dulce de leche (or ready-made)

200 ml (7 fl oz) milk

1 tablespoon cognac

Put the dulce de leche into a bowl. Gradually incorporate the milk with a whisk until you reach the desired consistency. Add the cognac to finish. Store in the refrigerator.
