Bonus Recipe!
Super Quick & Easy Cranberry Brie Tartlets
Ingredients:
2 containers of refrigerated crescent rolls (any brand)
8 ounces Brie cheese
1 cup of whole-berry cranberry sauce
½ cup chopped pecans (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Roll out the dough, pressing the perforated edges to seal. Cut into 24 pieces and press each into the ungreased mini-muffin cups. The dough should fill the entire cup (up the sides). Repeat with the second container of rolls.
Scoop approximately 1 round teaspoon of Brie and place into each cup; top with cranberry sauce and sprinkle with pecans.
Bake 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

About the Author
Jennifer grew up in the desert Southwest where she always dreamed of becoming an author. Raised in New Mexico, and currently living in Arizona, she is a desert dweller through and through. Similar to her protagonist, Libby Madsen, she loves traveling and adventure. When she’s not writing, Jennifer enjoys camping, hiking, and traveling with her husband and two dogs. She is also an arts and crafts nut, always taking on a new project that sparks her creativity.
Fun fact: Most of her characters in the Libby Madsen Cozy Mystery are named after beloved pets that have blessed her life over fifty+ years. She is a HUGE animal lover (dogs, cats, birds...). Given the chance, she’d rescue them all (including a few goats, chickens, ducks, you name it...). Or, as she likes to say, her animals have always rescued her.
Her first novel, Shadows in the Forest, was a finalist in the American Fiction Awards competition.
