Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups kimchi, finely chopped
- ½ pound firm tofu, finely chopped
- ½ pound bean sprouts, blanched and finely chopped
- ¼ pound ground pork or beef
- 6 scallions, finely chopped
- 1 large egg
- 2 tsps toasted sesame oil
- ¼ tsp each salt and pepper
- About 25 mandu (dumpling) wrappers
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients, except wrappers, together. Fill and cook dumplings as directed in the above recipe, Mandu (Dumplings 1).
