THIS IS A NICE ADDITION to any grilled meat.
Simply mix together:
- 2 tbsps water,
- ¼ soy sauce,
- 1 tbsp each of rice wine vinegar and chopped scallions,
- 1 minced garlic clove,
- 2 tsps gochujang,
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (ground for a smoother sauce, if you like).
