Preparation

  1. Mix together all ingredients except chicken.  Cut chicken into ½ inch pieces and toss with marinade.  Let marinate in the fridge for an hour.
  2. Grill or cook over medium-high heat in a large skillet, roughly 2 minutes a side.  Be careful here, as the sugar and honey can easily burn.  Garnish with scallions.
