Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsps soy sauce
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 fish fillets (mackerel, bluefish, preferably skin on)
- Garnishes: sliced scallions and sesame seeds
Preparation
- Mix everything except fish together, and rub all over fish. Preheat broiler and place fish, skin side down on oiled foil placed in broiling pan (for easier clean up).
- Broil until top is browned, keeping fish around 6 inches from element, about 8 minutes. Check for doneness but beware of overcooking. Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
