Preparation

  1. Mix everything except fish together, and rub all over fish.  Preheat broiler and place fish, skin side down on oiled foil placed in broiling pan (for easier clean up).
  2. Broil until top is browned, keeping fish around 6 inches from element, about 8 minutes.  Check for doneness but beware of overcooking.  Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
