Hobak Bokkeum (Stir-fried Zucchini)

Preparation

  1. Slice zucchini in half lengthwise, then in ¼ inch slices crosswise, to create half-moons.
  2. Heat tbsp of oil over medium-high heat in saute pan.  Toss in zucchini, garlic, and fish sauce and cook for 4 minutes.
  3. Stir in the sesame oil, scallion, and 2 tbsps of water and continue cooking for another 2 minutes, until zucchini softens.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
