Preparation

  1. Soak anchovies in water for about 10 minutes.
  2. Put oil in skillet and heat on medium.  Drain and add anchovies to oil.  Saute until browned and crisp, about 8 minutes.
  3. Add rest of ingredients except sesame seeds and saute another 2 minutes for flavors to meld.  Adjust seasonings to taste, then transfer anchovies to paper towels to drain and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
