INGREDIENTS:
- 2 bunches watercress (about 12 ounces)
- 2 minced scallions
- 2 minced cloves garlic
- 1 tsp each toasted sesame oil and sesame seeds
Salt to taste
Preparation
- Blanch trimmed and cleaned watercress in boiling, salted water for 45 seconds. Shock in a bowl of ice water and drain when cool.
- Squeeze excess water out of cress, chop, and toss with remaining ingredients.
