Ingredients
- 2 large daikon radish, peeled
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- 2 minced cloves garlic
- 2 scallions, minced
- 2 tsps toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Preparation
- Cut the radish into matchsticks.
- Over medium-high, heat oil, stir fry the radish with ½ tsp salt and garlic for roughly 5 minutes.
- Add 3 tbsps of water, turn down to medium-low, and cover. Continue cooking until radish is tender, another 3 minutes.
- Add garlic, scallions, sesame oil and seeds, toss, and serve.
