Preparation

  1. Cut the radish into matchsticks.
  2. Over medium-high, heat oil, stir fry the radish with ½ tsp salt and garlic for roughly 5 minutes.
  3. Add 3 tbsps of water, turn down to medium-low, and cover.  Continue cooking until radish is tender, another 3 minutes.
  4. Add garlic, scallions, sesame oil and seeds, toss, and serve.
