Preparation

  1. Cut the vegetables into 1-inch pieces.  Mix soy, sugar, rice wine, garlic, honey and ½ cup of water in a bowl.
  2. Heat tbsp oil in a pan and cook potatoes and carrot for about 5 minutes.  Add sauce and heat to a boil, then cover and lower heat, cooking until potatoes are tender, roughly 7 minutes.
  3. Toss in onion, bell pepper and simmer uncovered for another 5 minutes.  Drizzle with sesame oil and seeds and serve.
