Ingredients
- 1 large daikon radish, peeled
- 3 minced cloves garlic
- 3 scallions, minced
- 2 tbsp gochugaru
- 2 tsps fish sauce
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Preparation
- Cut daikon into matchsticks and sprinkle with 1 tsp. salt, rubbing in well. Let sit for about 20 minutes, then drain off excess liquid.
- Mix with remaining ingredients. Check for seasoning, and dash with more fish sauce if necessary.
